How I Survived the Island is a short film written, directed and produced by Ben Lingham, and starring Dave Eastman (yep, I don’t just write words, sometimes I say them too), Mike Shaw and Shannon Weekes.

 

In essence, the plot is simple – A man wakes up on a deserted beach with no idea how he got there. Now he has to survive.

 

I played that man. In one of my tamer shirts. And unafraid to reveal to the world just how thin my hair is getting at the front…deliberately light-hearted, this short film can be seen here and, in my obviously very biased but still humble opinion, is a complete work of genius.
